2026 NFL Draft Decisions: Declared, Return, or Transfer
Which prospects have declared for the 2026 NFL Draft, are returning to school, or have entered the transfer portal?
With the college football season coming to an end, many 2026 NFL Draft prospects are making their decision to return to school, enter the transfer portal, or declare for the NFL Draft. Player’s eligibility has become a mess, meaning that even if a player is out of eligibility, they will be added to the declared section if they’ve announced they will be entering their name in the 2026 NFL Draft.
The returning and transfer list is strictly eligible prospects, but it also includes a few must-know names for future drafts. The tentative date for underclassmen to declare for the draft is January 14, and January 23 for players playing in the National Championship, which means another list will be posted at a later date once more names announce their intentions.
*Each section of the list is ordered by position, then by school.
